FAA LICENSED

BOTH DAY &

NIGHT

- FAA CERTIFIED -

Northern Vermont Aerial Photography operates according to FAA regulations under 14 CFR Part 107.  Part 107 rules required airman certification commonly referred to as a pilot license for small unmanned aircraft systems (sUAS).  This allows us to legally work for you to capture your most important footage.

Since November 2017, Northern Vermont Aerial Photography has been authorized by the FAA to conduct night operations via a Part 107.29 waiver.

- WE HAVE FULL AVIATION INSURANCE -

Unlike many other drone operators who claim to have purchased insurance (often same-day, single flight), Northern Vermont Aerial Photography has an exceptional year-round AVIATION policy that covers us 24 hours day and night, 365 calendar days a year.

Don't fall for anyone's claim that a Part 107 pilot is covered through a homeowner's insurance policy.

Part 107 pilots MUST have aviation insurance for coverage. We can easily produce our insurance on demand at any given moment.  Rest assured that we are covered so YOU are covered.
